I am glad that the houses were left out because buildings are static, plus they would have cluttered the painting. What is left is a lovely feeling of spaciousness and movement, as the air blows through the wide set trees. The viewer can almost feel the breeze on his or her own skin.

These very tall palms remind me of a type of pine we have here in N Georgia. I like this painting a lot. I can feel the wind !
