1803 SOLD What's Around the bend? Miniature Oil Painting

SOLD  I started this at George E LeStrange Preserve the last time we were there. It started raining and thundering and lightening so I couldn't finish it. Tweaked it at home so it is part plein air and part studio painting. That is one of my fellow artists. 

 5 x 7 inches, oil on masonite. Lots of textures, it is part palette knife and part brush.

Painted this one today at Indian Hills Preserve with some friends. We kept our distance from each other, it felt great to be out! Just a few people were out too, they didn't come very close. The painting is 8 x 10 inches, oil on masonite. $200.

1798 Breezes at Indian Hills Plein Air, Alla prima oil painting

Another one I did last Thursday at the Indian Hills preserve North. Beautiful out, perfect temperature, nice breeze.

Nobody got too close to us and we didn't get very close to each other.

1786 Breezy Day at Becker Preserve plein air alla prima

Did this out at Becker Preserve today, very nice out. Lovely breeze so it wasn't too hot. i always wanted to paint the palm that is almost laying down so did it today.   Its 8 x 10 inches, oil on masonite.
