I was playing when I started this one, trying out a technique with lots of turpentine. I put it aside and then picked it up a few months later and saw the beginnings of trees in the paint. I picked them out with negative and positive painting and this is the result. Its fun to do something a bit different now and then. Its 4 x 6 inches oil on masonite.

Daily Painting 1097 Blue Night Forest Miniature Oil Painting
