Daily Painting 336 Sick doggy
Well, its a digital painting today! Our dog Whisker got into big trouble, he ate something poisonous, a bufo toad or something else. We took him for a walk this morning, and a little while after we came back he started foaming at the mouth and looking very sad. Incredible amounts of foam, I never saw anything like it. Then his hind legs started to get shaky so we took him to the vet's. He had a fever of 106, (dogs are supposed to be 101) The vet said he was close to convulsions and they could cause brain damage. The doctor gave him some valium and did a bunch of other stuff. After a few hours we visited him and he was feeling much better, he recognized us and was standing up. Not too steady but at least he was up. The vet thinks he will be fine.
