These trees much be incredible in real life. You show such rich reds in your paintings of them. Texture, texture, texture. :o)
They are very cool in real life, very very bright cadmium red with cadmium oranges in the sun. The individual flowers look like a bright red orchid with one white petal and four red ones. When I get some good ones that aren't way up in my tree so I can pick them I want to do a close up of them. This year all mine were way up there.
Wow, Lori, you outdid yourself but obviously not your skill level. This is beautiful - I bet it knocks your socks off IRL!
