I am in the mood to play with a new technique, well its not new, but its something I haven't done. This layer of paint has to totally dry before I can finish it. The idea is to paint over this layer, letting a bit show through here and there and create an interesting vibration of colors. I want to show that it was a bright and busy day at the Spring plant sale at Heathcote. Its 5 x 7 with a thin layer of acrylic paint that I will go over with oil paint.
