1821 SOLD View at the Becker Preserve

SOLD Had a lovely time today painting here at Becker Preserve. It looks very different, they opened up some nice views and restored where the St. Lucie river used to flow. The river is flowing again in it's old course.

The painting is 8 x10,palette knife, from life, oil on masonite.

Thanks loads Rene! Trying to get back into things, and get used to blogger again. Took me ages to figure out how to see your comment! Lol! We had a bad year, two deaths in the family and we are trying to pull ourselves out of the gloom. I was just thinking I hadn't seen you anywhere lately. I was cleaning the room where I have friends paintings, had your painting in my hands today!
