I painted this at 12:30, down on my neighbor's dock. The wind was so strong it was pushing my hand so I can't take all the credit. The title is from the weather report, this was done around high tide. The water is going into the reeds, usually there is a sand beach. Its 5 x 7, oil all painting knife, done from life or plein air, alla prima, or in one go. Click the picture to see all the juicy texture.
