My computer got sick :o(
My computer wouldn't come on at all, no lights, anything! I took everything apart and vacumned in the computer, plugged it in and out and darned if it didn't start back up again after a couple of tries. None of my toys are plugged in yet, like the camera stuff or scanner. I am hoping to get it all back together soon. I did yesterday's and today's paintings, just can't post them yet.

check the connections to the power supply and the power cord - could just be something a little loose, or could be a power supply going bad
Thanks Micah, it is working now, I think there may have been dust causing a connection problem. I un-plugged everything, took the computer to a table where I could work on it. It was incredible the amount of dust inside. (3 years worth) There also may be a bad outlet on my surge protector, I can't get my speakers to work or else I have the speakers plugged into the wrong spot. That involves crawling under the desk to check so I am not in a hurry for that, I am a bit stiff and creaky!
The 8x10 "River Vista" has so much heat, I think I'm sweating. All the reds and oranges - wow! That's Florida in July. Beautiful handling of the colors.
Thanks BJ, the river water is literally hot, the cold water taps in the house have hot water in them too. Its scorching out!
