Daily Painting 1249 Delphiniums

These were growing out at Hackberry Hammock. I loved how they looked blowing in the breeze.
The painting is 5 x 7 inches, oil on masonite, $100.

I LOVE these flowers & every couple of years...try to grow them....haven't gotten too lucky yet. They sure are beautiful!!!

Thanks! I guess they like some heat and sandy soil, since the lady that is growing them lives here.
