1484 The Old Garden Shed

I did this last night for a demo at the Hobe Sound Fine Art League.  I had a good time, everyone was very nice and friendly.  Lovely things to eat too.  :o)!  They are looking for some new members.

The shed is loosely based on one of the sheds at Hackberry Hammock.  They have paintouts there that are sponsored by Art Mundo.  I always have a good time when I go there to paint.  The painting is 12 x 16 inches, oil on masonite. I tweaked it a bit when I got home, I got so busy talking and answering questions I ran out of time to fix things up.

I am loving that blue/green mix on the bottom left of this one! For some reason, I am reminded of Gilligan's Island, a place I used to think of as paradise when I was a kid.
