Daily Painting 188 SOLD Palms and Cypress at Hackberry Hammock Plein Air Alla Prima

SOLD We had a lovely day at Hackberry Hammock, a plein air painting event to benefit Heathcote Botanical Gardens. My painting is 8 x 10, oil all knife. Alla prima plein air. My easel is showing a bit at the bottom of the painting, I haven't had a chance to get a better photo. $200.

Hehehe! I don't think the palms would like it there. Seriously though, the land looks somewhat like what you paint. Out around Hackberry Hammock its wide fields with little ponds or canals here and there, cattle country.

Your right about those palms, but they don't show so much in this painting.
