Daily Painting 22 Rock City Sunrise

5 x 7 oil, studio painting from a photo I took at Rock City Gardens. Almost didn't make it, someone picked it up and got a fingerprint on it. (I fixed it) Then somebody else knocked it jelly-side down on the table but it did fine with that!

i love your knife paintings! I paint with a palette knife, too, but your depictions have much more finesse than mine. I love the way you render palm trees and such. Maybe after I've lived in Florida longer, I'll get better at painting the exotica down here.
